Notice is given that The Tomato Stall Limited has applied to the Isle of Wight Council for a new premises licence for premises situated at Unit 3E, Rink Road, Industrial Estate, Ryde, PO33 1LP. For the sale of alcohol between 07:00 and 18:00 Monday to Sunday. Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application should do so in writing, sending all correspondence to the above address by 3rd of February 2022. Failure to meet this deadline may jeopardise the chance of having your comments being taken into account. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5000.
