Fri, Sat, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve , Day preceding a bank holiday 09:00 till 01:00 - recorded music: Sun to Thurs 09:00 till 23:00. Fri, Sat, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve , Day preceding a bank holiday 09:00 till 01:00 - performance of dance: Sun to Thurs 09:00 till 23:00. Fri, Sat, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, Day preceding a bank holiday 09:00 till 01:00 - sale by retail of alcohol: Sun to Thurs 11:00 till 23:00. Fri, Sat, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve , Day preceding a bank holiday 11:00 till 01:00. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for the grant of a premises licence or club premises certificate. A person guilty of such an offence is liable to an unlimited fine.
