Town And Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 (As Amended) Notice Under Article 15

Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received planning applications from:
(i) Enovert South Limited: for Continued use of the site for landfilling without compliance with Conditions 2 (Duration) and 20 (Site Levels) of planning permission ref: ESS/27/17/COL that was itself a Variation of Condition of an earlier permission to now allow for an extended times scale to complete landfilling operations and for localised amendments to the approved restoration levels to regularise the drainage profile with the existing site levels on the Exwaste site and to accommodate a reduced scheme of landfill, at Bellhouse Quarry and Landfill Site, Warren Lane, Stanway, CO3 0NN - ESS/03/22/C0L

(ii) Tarmac Limited c/o Enovert: for Continuation of Mineral Extraction without compliance with Condition 1 (Duration) of Planning Permission ref: ESS/48/01/COL(R) that was for the Review of Mineral Permission to now allow for an extended timescale to complete restoration of the Colchester Quarry complex. - ESS/04/22/C0L

(Hi) Tarmac Limited c/o Enovert: for Continuation of Mineral Extraction and ancillary use without compliance with Condition 2(b) (Duration) and 18 (Importation Duration) of planning permission ref: ESS/52/17/COL (Revised) that itself was a Variation of Condition of a previous permission to now allow for an extended timescale to both complete the extraction and restoration of Five Ways Fruit Farm and to complete the importation of mineral from Bellhouse Quarry into Stanway Quarry. - ESS/05/22/C0L

(Footpath 8, Great Bentley) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the above Order made by Essex County Council, under S14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, has been continued in force with the consent of the Secretary of State for the Department for Transport until 16 May 2022.
Effect of the order To temporarily close Footpath 8, Great Bentley in the District of Tendring from its junction with Elm Close in a southerly direction to its junction with Byway 20, Great Bentley, a distance of approximately 1151 metres.
The alternative route will be via Birch Avenue, Station Road, Plough Road, Byway 20 and vice versa.
The closure commenced on 28 July 2021 and is required for the safety of the public whilst the new longer Greater Anglian train carriages are standing on the footpath crossing.

(Buckley's Lane, Coggeshall) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Buckley's Lane, Coggeshall in the Braintree District and Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 160m northeast of the junction with Tey Road for a distance of approximately 420m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th February 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WC8NRJ4G01 & 02 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cabling works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Buckley's Lane, Tey Road, A120 From J B1024 North of Coggeshall to J B1024 East of Coggeshall, Coggeshall Bypass, A120 from J B1024 to J A12, Colchester Road, Broad Green, Salmons Lane, East Gores Road, Buckleys Lane and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 20th January 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Coggeshall Road, Feering) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Coggeshall Road, Feering in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 500m southeast of its junction with East Street for a distance of approximately 635m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th February 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008FAA3780U01 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cabling works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Coggeshall Road, The Street, Hanover Bridge, New Lane, A12, Roman Road, A12, Marks Tey Roundabout, A120 J A12 West Roundabout, A120 From J B1024 to J A12, Broad Green, Colchester Road, Coggeshall Bypass, A120 from J B1024 North of Coggeshall to J B1024 East of Coggeshall, East Street, Feering Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 20th January 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Skye Green Road, Feering) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Skye Green Road, Feering in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Coggeshall Road to its junction with Old Road a distance of approximately 1000m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th February 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2323390 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Coggeshall Road, Feering Road, East Street, Colchester Road, Coggeshall Bypass, A120, Old Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 20th January 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
