CROYDON COUNCIL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984. SECTION 14 AS AMENDED AND THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991
BEULAH ROAD. THORNTON HEATH
TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate service pipe repair works on behalf of Thames Water, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Beulah Road.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-

(a) Beulah Road will be closed to vehicular traffic north-east bound outside Nos. 73 to 81 Beulah Road;

(b) The north-western footway of Beulah Road will be closed outside the above properties.

3. During the closure the diversion routes for vehicular traffic will be as detailed below and appropriately signed. Pedestrians will be diverted into a temporary walkway in the carriageway.

- Via Parchmore Road, Northwood Road, Osborne Road, Beulah Crescent and Beulah Road

- Via Parchmore Road, Heath Road, Norbury Road, Beulah Crescent and Beulah Road and reversed.

4. The Order will come into operation on 31 January 2022 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed within two days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

CHURCH ROAD. CROYDON
TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate a sewer cover replacement on behalf of Thames Water, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic movements and parking in Church Road, Croydon.

2.
Whilst the said works are taking place Church Road will be closed south-eastbound between its junctions with Queen Street and Lower Coombe Street.

3. Whilst the closure remains in force the alternative route for diverted traffic will be via Church Road, Laud Street and High Street, Croydon, as appropriately signed.

4. The Order will come into operation on 02 February 2022 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in one day. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

5. The restriction shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes; jcj anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

HEATHHURST ROAD. SOUTH CROYDON
TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC & PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas connection works, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic and parking in Heathhurst Road, South Croydon.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-

a) Heathhurst Road will be closed from the common boundary of Nos. 54 and 56 Heathhurst Road for a distance of 25 metres north-eastwards;

b) Parking within the closure area described above will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will apply "at any time" on both sides of that section of the road.

3. Whilst the closure is in force the diversion route for traffic will be via Brambledown Road and Mayfield Road as appropriately signed.

4. The Order will come into operation on 31 January 2022 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within approximately five days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

OLIVER GROVE. SOUTH NORWOOD
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC & PARKING
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate works on behalf of Thames Water they have made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic movements and parking in Oliver Grove.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-

a) Oliver Grove will be closed between the common boundary of Nos. 27 and 29 Oliver Grove and the junction with Holmesdale Road;

b)
Parking will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will apply at any time in the above section of Oliver Grove.

3. Whilst the Order remains in force the alternative route for traffic will be via Holmesdale Road, Whitworth Road and Selhurst Road, as appropriately signed.

4.
The Order will come into operation on 31 January 2022 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within 14 days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) a vehicle being used to carry out the said works;

(b) a vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

OXFORD ROAD. UPPER NORWOOD
TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate water main valve works on behalf of Thames Water, they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic in Oxford Road.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place Oxford Road closed between its junction with Central Hill and the south-western boundary of Hill House, Oxford Road.

3. The Order will come into operation on 27 January 2022 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within approximately five days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

4. Whilst the closure is in force the alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via Central Hill, Hermitage Road, Crystal Terrace, Oxford Road and reversed, or via Central Hill, Hermitage Road, Chevening Road, Rockmount Road, Central Hill, Oxford Road and reversed.

5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

WARD CLOSE. SOUTH CROYDON TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC & PARKING
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main connection works they have made an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict traffic and parking in Ward Close.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-

a) Ward Close will be closed between its junction with Normanton Road and the vehicular entrance to No. 2 Ward Close;

b) Parking in Ward Close will be suspended and waiting and loading restrictions will apply at any time between its junction with Normanton Road and a point 50 metres south-east of that junction on both sides of the road.

3. Whilst the closure is in place access to frontages will be maintained.

4. The Order will come into operation on 28 January 2022 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within nine days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT. 1984. SECTION 14 AS AMENDED BY THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1985 AND THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 COLDHARBOUR ROAD. CROYDON TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC

1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate gas main connection works they intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to restrict traffic in Coldharbour Road.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place Coldharbour Road will be closed outside Nos.126 to 130.

3. During the closure the alternative route for traffic will be via Coldharbour Road, Denning Avenue, Purley Way and vice versa.

4. The Order will come into operation on 14 February 2022 and it is expected that the works will be carried out within five days. However, the Order will remain in force for a maximum duration of 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

5. The restriction shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(b) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

HIGH STREET. CROYDON
TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate new water connection works, they intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic movements in High Street, Croydon.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, the High Street will be closed between its junctions with George Street and Park Street.

3. The Order will come into operation on 14 February 2022 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in four days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

4. The prohibition will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.

5. The restriction shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

MOFFAT ROAD & SPEKE ROAD. THORNTON HEATH TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate sewer cleaning works they intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic movements in Moffat Road and Speke Road.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place:-

(a) Vehicles proceeding in Speke Road will be prohibited from turning right into Moffat Road;

(b) Vehicles proceeding in Moffat Road will be prohibited from turning left into Speke Road.

3. During the restrictions the alternative routes for traffic will be via Speke Road and Burlington Road, or via Moffatt Road, Norbury Road, Beulah Crescent, Burlington Road and Howbury Road, as appropriately signed.

4. The Order will come into operation on 17 February 2022 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed within two days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

5. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) any vehicle involved in carrying out the said works;

(b) any vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.
