LICENCE THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that we Heron Foods Limited have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises to be known as: Heron Foods, 36-40 Clifford Road, Stanley, DH9 0XG For the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities:- The sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 18:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 16:00. The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 18:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 16:00. A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham.
