NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that We Sarah Jane Jimenez & Gianluca Crisanti, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as: NO 17 CAFE BISTRO, 1-2 BROWNS BUILDINGS, DIPTON, STANLEY, CO DURHAM, DH9 9AB for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities:- The provision of Late Night Refreshment (Indoors) 23.00 00:00 Monday to Sunday, All bank holidays, Christmas Eve & New Years' Eve 23:00 00:30. The sale by retail of alcohol (On & Off Sales) from 09:00 23:00, Monday to Sunday. All bank holidays, Christmas Eve & New Years Eve 09:00 00:30. A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm.
