- Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council proposes to make the above Order 1 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004 to amend the following restrictions in the Salisbury Consolidation Order 2013 by revoking Map Schedule Nos. IJ83 (Central Zone) dated 29 December 2014 and II83 (Zone A) dated 31 July 2017 and replacing them by the insertion of revised Map Schedule Nos. IJ83 (Central Zone) and II83 (Zone A) the effect of which will be to introduce No Waiting at any time for administrative purposes only with no changes to be made on the ground on Avon Approach - both sides - from its junction with Castle Street to a point 13 metres west of its junction with the access road leading to Mill Stream Coach Park; Mill Stream Approach - both sides - i) from its junction with Castle Street to appoint 4 metres west of that junction ii) from a point 32 metres west of its junction with Castle Street to a point 72 metres west of that junction. No.2 - Notice is hereby given that Wiltshire Council in exercise of its powers under Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 proposes the installation of a Zebra Crossing for administrative purposes only with no changes to be made on the ground in Mill Stream Approach - from a point 4 metres west of its junction with Castle Street to a point 32 metres west of that junction.

SECTION 14(1) OF THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) High Street (Part), Berwick St James; from its junction with North view to outside building known as St James Church to enable Wessex Water to carry out sewer renovation works. Alternative route via B3083 (unaffected length) - A303 - A36 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 21 February 2022 and the closure will be required until 04 March 2022. B) Bulford Road (Part), Durrington; from its northern junction with Avondown Road to its southerly junction with Avondown Road to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out refurbishment of zebra crossing and associated works. Alternative route via Bulford Road (unaffected length) - Larkhill Road - A345 -Hackthorne Road - Church Street and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 21 February 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00 until 04 March 2022. C) Slab Lane (Part), Redlynch and Downton; from its junction with Primrose Lane for approximately 725m in a north westerly direction to enable BT to carry out communication pole test and associated works. Alternative route via B3080 - Morgans Vale Road - Primrose Lane - Slab Lane (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 21 February 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for 1 day. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: D) C318 Tisbury Row (Part), Tisbury; from its junction with Bridleway 42, Tisbury for a distance of approximately 400m in a southerly direction to enable Openreach to renew pole and associated works. Alternative route via C318 (unaffected length) - C24 - C25 - C318 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 03 February 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for 2 days. E) Kingsway (Part), Wilton; from its junction with entrance to the Park and Ride to its junction with The Avenue to enable BT to carry out communication pole test and associated works. Alternative route via The Avenue - A36 - Kingsway (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order which previously came into operation on 12 December 2021 will now recommence on 30 January 2022 and the closure will be required for 1 day. F) C323 (Part), West Dean; for a distance of approximately 20 metres either side of the level crossing to enable Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd to carry out works at Dean Station level crossing. Alternative route via C323 (unaffected length) - Dean Road - Church Lane - Coach Road - East Tytherley - East Dean Road and vice versa. This Order which previously came into operation on 26 March 2021 will now recommence on 03 February 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 22:30 and 05:30 for 1 night. For further information please contact Centurion Site Services on 0113 2775360. Orders A) to D) will have a maximum duration of 18 months, Orders E) and F) has a maximum duration of 18 months. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.

NOTICE OF CONFIRMING AN ORDER PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 AND WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 THE WILTSHIRE COUNCIL SALISBURY 9 DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2021
The above order was confirmed as made on 18th November 2021, under section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, it will divert the public footpath leading from Ashley Road, Salisbury , at OS Grid Reference SU13869 30824, leading north then in a generally north-westerly direction and then south westerly direction to SU 13680 30866 then leading generally north westedy across Fisherton Recreation Ground, to OS Grid Reference SU 13590 31129, for a total of approximately 565 metres to a new path from OS Grid Reference SU 13874 30826 leading in a broadly northerly direction and then generally west over the redirected Summerlock stream and continuing in a generally north westerly direction to at SU 13590 31129, a total distance of approximately 518 metres and having a width of 2.5 metres. This is in accordance with planning application PL/2021/03601. The City of Salisbury Definitive Map and statement dated 1953 shall be modified accordingly.

This Order comes into force on the date on which Wiltshire Council certify that the terms of Article 2 of the order have been complied with, but if any person aggrieved by the Order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under section 257 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from 27th January 2022 as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to that Act.
