LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of Durham County Council for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at Oxford Road, Spennymoor, DLI6 6BH. The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of die week between 06:00 and 00:00. A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8KS by appointment, on weekdays between 930 am and 4.30 pm.
