MR SKENDER BIBA is applying for the grant of a Premises Licence for the Guildhall Public House, 9 Oxford Street, Malmesbury SN16 9AX

The Licence, if granted is to enable the following activities to take place:
Sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises/provision of regulated entertainment

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement
in connection with an application.
The maximum tine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 tine on the standard scale.
