Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence

Daniel MARIN gives notice that an application was made to Herefordshire Council on the 21st of January 2022 for the Grant of a Premises Licence at Mr GYRO, Wickes Car Park, Widemarsh Street, HEREFORD HR4 9EZ by which the following licensable activities are requested: Off Sale of Alcohol - 10:00 to 22:00hrs daily.

The full application, giving details about the premises/proposed licensable activities, may be inspected free of charge, at The Licensing Section, Herefordshire Council, 8 St Owen Street, Hereford HR1 2PJ between the

hours of 09:30 - 13:30 (or by prior appointment) Monday to Friday or

info/200145/business/58/current_ licensing_applications. An interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Licensing Section within 28 Consecutive Days of the day the application was made as detailed above -18th February 2022. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
