(Basildon Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.21) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council Has Made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(1), 32(1), 35(1), 45,46,46,49,53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To introduce 'No Waiting at Any Time' restrictions on the following lengths of roads, Laindon in the Borough of Basildon:
Road Description
High Road WEST SIDE: From a point approximately 10 metres south west of the southern extended kerb line with School Avenue, in a north easterly direction for a distance of approximately 44 metres.
School Avenue SOUTH WEST SIDE:
i. From its junction with High Road, in a north westerly direction for a distance of approximately 189.8 metres.
ii. From the eastern extended kerb line with the north western end of Academy Drive, in a south easterly direction for a distance of approximately 44.5 metres.
iii. From a point approximately 58 metres north of the North West extended kerb line of the north western junction with Academy Drive, In a westerly direction for a distance of approximately 70.3 metres.
iv. From the north western extended kerb line with the north western end of Scholars Crescent, in a north westerly direction for a distance of approximately 14.6 metres.
v. From a point approximately 110.8 metres east of the eastern extended kerb line of Stamford Drive, in a north westerly direction for a distance of approximately 414.6 metres.
NORTH EAST SIDE:
i. From the junction with High Road, in a north westerly direction for a distance of approximately 78.8 metres.

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Basildon Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by introducing tile numbers TQ670 897 Revision 0 and substituting TQ670 900, TQ675 897 and TQ675 895 Revision 1 to Revision 2.

(Canewdon Road, Ashingdon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Canewdon Road, Ashingdon in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Ashingdon Road for a distance of approximately 60m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th February 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD044SEW-11635-1 - Anglian Water).
The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Coxes Farm Road, Great Burstead In the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 10m northeast of its junction with A129 - Southend Road for a distance of approximately 25m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th February 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD00259827385 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure Is required for the safety of the public and workforce while maintenance works are undertaken by Anglian Water.

Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of High Road, Fobbing in the Borough of Basildon, from a point 65m southwest of its junction with Five Bells Roundabout South for a distance of approximately 95m in a southeasterly direction. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Oak Walk, Hockley in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Hamilton Gardens for a distance of approximately 30m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th February 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30094719599 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. (Various Roads, Borough of Basildon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway & Temporary Introduction of a 30mph Speed Limit) (No.1) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close those lengths of road in the Borough of Basildon as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in those lengths of road in the Borough of Basildon as specified in the schedule to this Order.
3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of road for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping restriction will be in force.
"The Essex County Council (Basildon Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 3rd February 2022, exact dates will be specified on One.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.
