The application is to vary hours for regulated entertainment (Live Music, Recorded Music, Dance, Late Night Refreshment (all indoors) & Alcohol (On & Off sales) every Friday & Saturday 12 Noon to 04.00. Opening Hours Friday & Saturday 12 Noon to 04.30. Representations to this application must be made in writing by the end of 16th February 2022 to the Licensing Section, Warrington Borough Council, Town Hall, Sankey Street, Warrington, WA1 1UH. The register of licensing applications can be inspected at the above address between 09.00 and 16.00 Monday to Friday or at www.warrington.gov.uk. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
