TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE Old Greenock Road, Langbank
The Renfrewshire Council, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Schedule 1 of The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby gives notice that, because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the roads, no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven or cause or permit any vehicle (except works vehicles) to wait or load on the following length of road in the town of Langbank in the Unitary Authority of Renfrewshire: Old Greenock Road, From B789 to Findlaystone Road.
Vehicles left on the road in contravention of this Notice will be moved out of the works area. Alternative Routes:
HGV Diversion: - B790 Houston Road @ B789 Main Street (Houston)/A726 Barnsford Road/A8 Greenock Road/West Ferry Roundabout/A8 Greenock Road (Dual Carriageway)/Woodhall Roundabout/Glasgow Road/Heggies Avenue/Parkhill Avenue and Vice Versa.
Non HGV Diversion: - B789 Old Greenock Road/ B789 Main Road/A8 dual carriageway to Woodhall Roundabout/Glasgow Road/Heggies Avenue/Parkhill Avenue and Vice Versa. This notice will be in force from Monday 7th February 2022 until Sunday 20th February 2022.
