VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE
PUBLIC NOTICE SECTION 34, LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given by Glanfa Teifi Cyfyngedig that on 18th JANUARY 2022 an application was made to Pembrokeshire County Council as Licensing Authority for a variation of a Premises Licence. The application for a variation is in respect of the premises Teifi Waterside Hotel (Webley Hotel), Poppit Sands, St Dogmaels, Cardigan, SA43 3LN and can be inspected between 10am and 5pm Monday to Friday at the Licensing Section, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest, SA61 1TP by prior arrangements. The variation relates to changes to licensing plans only. Licensable activities and hours of operation to remain as current premises licence.
Any representations to Pembrokeshire County Council in respect of the application should be made to the Licensing Manager, Public Protection Division, County Hall, Haverfordwest, SA61 1TP. Those representations must be made in writing by 17th FEBRUARY 2022 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representations are made relevant to the Licensing Act 2003.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
