Construction of part single, part two-storey front and side extension, construction of two-storey rear extension, single storey detached garage and alterations to fenestration. Conversion of loft to habitable space with replacement of existing roof structure to include front roof light and rear balcony with glass balustrade (revised application). Reason: Green Belt.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
