Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

21/2414/FUL/LG: Bushey Jewish Cemetery, Little Bushey Lane, Bushey,WD23 3TP. Erection of two portacabins within the existing overflow car park (within red line on Site Location Plan), for use as a storage, packing and delivery unit for charitable food distribution and charitable asylum-seeker support service. Reason: Green Belt.
21/2441/HSE/MPE: 5 Bournehall Road, Bushey, WD23 3EH. Demolition of existing rear canopy and store, construction of a single storey rear extension and alterations to fenestration to include formation of front bay window and relocation of side entrance. Reason: Conservation Area.
21/2436/FUL/AKA: 32 High Street, Bushey, WD23 3HL. Change of use of existing ground floor beauty salon to dog grooming and retail salon (Sui Generis). Reason: Conservation Area.
22/0029/HSE/GO: Cherries, Hartspring Lane, Watford, Bushey, WD25 8AD. Construction of part single, part two-storey front and side extension, construction of two-storey rear extension, single storey detached garage and alterations to fenestration. Conversion of loft to habitable space with replacement of existing roof structure to include front roof light and rear balcony with glass balustrade (revised application). Reason: Green Belt.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
