Section 73 application to continue the development permitted by consent CM/0112/17 dated 07/05/19 at variance with condition 2 to extend the period for submission of a schedule for the implementation of the approved working scheme as referred to in condition 4 within 3 months of the date of the grant of planning permission and condition 48 to extend the time limits for the completion of landfilling to 31st December 2026 and the completion of restoration to 31st December 2027. Section 73 application to continue the development permitted by consent CM/0113/17 dated 08/05/19 at variance with condition 2 to extend the time limit for the removal of the existing offices on the site and for the site to be restored in accordance with the approved documents and drawings (as per planning application no. The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Bridleway No. 23, Great Marlow) (Temporary Bridleway Closure) Order 2022 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding on foot or on horseback or lead a horse or cycle, except for access, in that length of Public Bridleway No. 23, Great Marlow, located off Widmere Lane, near Copy Green, for 300m. The closure is required whilst surface repair works take place making the Bridleway surface safe and accessible and it is anticipated that the works will commence on 28 January 2022 and will take approximately 6 months to complete. Alternative route is via the existing public highway network. The proposed Order will come into operation on 28 January 2022, as signed, with a maximum duration of 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.
The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Footpaths Nos. 6 and 7, Gerrards Cross) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2022 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding, except for access, in the entire length of Public Footpath No. 6, Gerrards Cross, from Orchehill Avenue to Orchehill Rise and, in the entire length of Public Footpath No. 7, Gerrards Cross, from Layters Way to Public Footpath No. 6. The closure is required whilst works to replace the existing railway footbridge take place commencing on 28th January 2022 for 16 weeks. The alternative route for pedestrians affected by the closure will be via the existing highway network. The proposed Order will come into operation on 28th January 2022, as signed, with a maximum duration of 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.
The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Roughwood Lane, Chalfont St Giles in the Parish of Chalfont St. Giles CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Roughwood Lane for approximately 342m. Alternative route: Nightingales Lane, Cokes Lane, White Lion Road, Chalfont Station Road, Burtons Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Openreach overhead works for cabling to new customer take place commencing on 31 January 2022 between 09:30 and 15:30. The proposed Order will come into operation on 31 January 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

Alternative route: Cressex Road, Marlow Road, Handy Cross Roundabout, A404 M40 J4 Roundabout, M40 Junction 4 To Junction 3 On Slip, John Hall Way, Crest Road, Holmers Farm Way and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Transport for Buckinghamshire resurfacing of the roundabout take place commencing on 7 February 2022. Road will be closed between 20:00-06:00 each night only. Carriageway open at all other times. The proposed Order will come into operation on 7 February 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The existing road is a link between Spring Close and Green Close and serves as access and parking for shops and flats above the shops. The road will become a private road for the foreseeable future. Alternative route: Broad Lane, Widmoor, Kiln Lane, Brookbank, Town Lane, The Green, Holtspur Lane, Wooburn Green Lane, Wycombe End, Holtspur Top Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Openreach overhead structure works take place commencing on 24 January 2022 between 09:30 and 15:00. Road will be closed only between 09:30-15:00.
