ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council ("the Council") has on 19th January 2022 made the Orders named below under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when they come into operation on 24th January 2022 will introduce various changes to the Disabled Badge Holders Parking Places in the parts of the roads identified:-

BRIGHTON & HOVE VARIOUS CONTROLLED PARKING ZONES CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2018 AMENDMENT ORDER NO. 5 2022 (REF: TRO-29A-2021)
New Disabled Badge Holders Parking Places:-
At Any Time:- Atlingworth Street, Freshfield Road, Park Street & Upper Rock Gardens (Zone C), Hythe Road (Zone F), Trinity Street (Zone J), Brunswick Place (Zone M), The Drive (Zone N), Cowper Street & Sackville Gardens (Zone R), Bernard Road (Zone S), Ranelagh Villas (Zone T), Newhaven Street (Zone V), Montpelier Road, Regent Street & Victoria Street (Zone Z)
Removal of Disabled Badge Holders Parking Places:-

- Proposed removal of Disabled Parking Bay outside 81 Staplef ield Drive - This has been withdrawn

Any person who wishes to question the validity of either of the Orders or of any of their provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirements of the Act or of any instrument made under it have not been complied with may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, apply to the High Court for that purpose. "
