LONDON BOROUGH OF MERTON SCHOOL STREETS - PEDESTRIAN AND CYCLE ZONES VARIOUS PEDESTRIAN AND CYCLE ZONE TRAFFIC ORDERS
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Merton, on 17 January 2021, made the Orders mentioned in Schedule 1 to this notice under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of the Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and all other enabling powers, so as to continue in force indefinitely the provisions of the experimental Orders specified in Schedule 2 to this notice, as modified on 20 January 2021 under s.10(2) of the said Act.

2. The general effect of the Orders will be to prohibit all motorised vehicles from entering the roads listed in column 3 of Schedule 3 to this notice, during the corresponding periods specified, with an exemption for those authorised vehicles which are specified on a white list for each road, held and maintained by the Council.
N.B. Enforcement is carried out school term-times only.

3. A copy of the Orders, which will come into force on 24 January 2022, the Experimental Orders of 2020 and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, including the notice of modification and plans specifying the roads affected by the Orders, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made at Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX. 4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof, or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Merton propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the "Waiting and Loading" Orders would be to further amend the Merton (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 1977, the Merton (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Wimbledon Village)(No. 2) Order 2019 and the Merton (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Wimbledon Park) (No. 4) Order 2011 sothat-

(a) waiting by vehicles (otherwise than for the purpose of delivering or collecting goods or loading or unloading a vehicle for 40 minutes) would be prohibited at any time in the roads or lengths of roads described in Schedule 1 to this Notice;

(b) waiting by vehicles, for the purpose of delivering or collecting goods or loading or unloading a vehicle, would be prohibited between 7am and 10am and between 4pm and 7pm Mondays to Saturdays in the road or length of road described in Schedule 2 to this Notice.

3. The general effect of the 'Parking Places MTC Order would be to remove the yellow lines outside No. 36 Langdale Avenue and Nos. 51 and 53 Langdale Avenue and extend the adjacent parking places to replace them.

4. A copy of each of the proposed Orders and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, including plans which indicate the roads or lengths of roads to which the Orders relate, can be inspected Mondays to Fridays during normal office hours at Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden. 5. Any person desiring to make representations or to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their representations or objections and the grounds thereof, to the Environment and Regeneration Department at the Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX, or alternatively by email to

trafficandhighways@merton.gov.uk

quoting reference ES/WR2021B2, no later than 11 February 2022.

BELVEDERE SQUARE, SW19;
both sides and its south-easternmost extremity, from and including its south-easternmost extremity north-westward to a point 5 metres north-west of the south-eastern boundary of No. 9 Belvedere Square BROADWAY GARDENS, CR4;
I. The south-east to north-east arm
(a) the north side, from the north-western boundary of No. 16 Broadway Gardens north-westward to a point 9 metres south-east of the common boundary of No. 26 and 28 Broadway Gardens;
(b) the south side, from the south-eastern kerb-line of Broadway Gardens, its westernmost north-east to south-west arm, south­eastward for a distance of 11 metres;

(a) the north-west side, from a point 10 metres north-east of the north­eastern kerb-line of the access road to Nos. 57A to 59H Cedars Avenue (also known as New Holme) to its junction with Tamworth Lane;
(b) the south-east side, from its junction with Tamworth Lane south-westward for a distance of 10 metres.

the north-east side,
(i) from a point 1 metre south-east the common boundary of Nos. 437 and 439 Commonside East to a point 1 metre north-west of the common boundary of Nos. 449 and 451 Commonside East;
