NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 27 of The Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or interest in the estate of Clarice Unsworth who died on the 10th December 2013 are required to send particulars in writing of their claim to Mr A. Holmes, The White House, North Walsham Road, Ridlington, North Walsham, Norfolk, NR28 9NR, the proposed administrator of the estate by the 11th March 2014 after which date the proposed administrators will distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have then had notice.
