NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following application® have been made to the Flintshire County Council in respect of the above legislation.

063911 - Outline planning approval for 5 detached houses at Ryefield, Bennetts Lane, Hawarden. (This development affects the setting of a Listed Building).

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS ORDER

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14

PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 34 & 34B IN THE COMMUNITY OF WHITFORD

The Flintshire County Council hereby intends not sooner than 7 days from the

21 January 2022 to make an Order which will prohibit pedestrians from using that section of Public Footpaths No. 34 & 34b in the Community of Whitford from the junction with the adopted highway near Pentre Ffynnon Cottages at NGR 313251 379852 for an approximate distance of 630 metres to the junction with Public Footpath No. 34a near Bryn Digrif at NGR 312894 379455. The reason for the closure is for health and safety reasons to protect the public as several trees have fallen across a section of the public footpath.

It is anticipated that the Order will come into force on 10 February 2022, or as soon as possible thereafter. The footpath is expected to be closed for a maximum period of six months. Dated 21 January 2022

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 DEESIDE INDUSTRIAL PARK

Flintshire County Council has made an Order which prohibits any vehicle from proceeding in Parkway between its junctions with Sixth Avenue and Fourth Avenue, Deeside Industrial Park in the County of Flintshire.

The reason for the closure is to facilitate Installation of High Voltage Electricity Cable with associated works by Power on connections. The alternative route available for vehicles will be signed accordingly by the use of prescribed signs.

The Order comes into force on the 24 January 2022. It is anticipated that the road will only be closed for 8 weeks, or until the earlier completion of the works, subject to a maximum period of eighteen months. Dated 21 January 2022

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14

PENTRE

Flintshire County Council has made an Order which prohibits any vehicle from proceeding in Chemistry Lane between its junctions

with B5129 Chester Road East and Factory Road, Pentre in the County of Flintshire.

The reason for the closure is to facilitate Gas Mains Replacement with associated works by Wales & West Utilities.

The alternative route available for vehicles will be signed accordingly by the use of prescribed signs. Pedestrian access will be

maintained throughout the period of closure.

The Order comes into force on the 24 January 2022. It is anticipated that the road will only be closed for 2 weeks, or until the earlier completion of the works, subject to a maximum period of eighteen months. Dated 21 January 2022

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 CONNAH'S QUAY

The Flintshire County Council hereby intends not sooner than 7 days from the 21 January 2022 to make an Order which will prohibit

any vehicle from proceeding in Kent Road from it's junction with York Road, Connah's Quay in the County of Flintshire.

The reason for the closure is to facilitate renewal of gas mains with associated works by Wales and West Utilities.

It is anticipated that the Order will come into force on 07 February 2022, or as soon as possible thereafter. The road will only be

closed for 3 weeks, or until earlier completion of the works, subject to a maximum period of eighteen months.

The Flintshire County Council hereby intends not sooner than 7 days from the 21 January 2022 to make an Order which will prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in Unnamed Road between its junctions with B5101 Ffordd Llanfynydd and Bannisters Lane, Cymau/ Llanfynydd in the County of Flintshire.

The reason for the closure is to facilitate water mains maintenance with associated works by Hafren Dyfrdwy. It is anticipated that the Order will come into force on 07 February 2022, or as soon as possible thereafter. The road will be closed for 2 weeks, or until earlier completion of the works, subject to a maximum period of eighteen months. Dated 21 January 2022

Notice is hereby given that on the 19th January 2022 The Flintshire County Council made an Order under Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all enabling powers, the effect of which will be:

a) To impose a speed limit of 20mph on various roads within Buckley, Mynydd Isa, Drury, New Brighton, Burntwood, Bryn Y Baal and Alltami, Flintshire.

Notice is hereby given that on the 19th January 2022, Flintshire County Council made an Order in exercise of its powers under Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Act and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to amend The Flintshire County Council (Various Roads) (20mph, 30mph, 40mph, 50mph and National Speed Limits. Restricted and Derestricted Roads) Order 2021, so as to impose:

a) A speed limit of 20mph on:-BUCKLEY

B5127 LIVERPOOL ROAD: From a point 42 metres south west of its junction with Alltami Road, to a point 181 metres north west of its junction with Smithy Lane.

SMITHY LANE: From its junction with the B5127 Liverpool Road, for a distance of 83 metres in a westerly direction.

EWLOE PLACE (THE WILLOW): From a point 19 metres North West of Ewloe Heath to a point 73 metres north west of its

junction with Brookhill Way.

BANNEL LANE: From its junction with Brook Street, to a point 100 metres east of its junction with Little Mountain Road. B5128 CHURCH ROAD: From its junction with the B5127 Liverpool Road to its junction with the A549, including the One Way Section.
