Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton YO17 7HH within 28 days of the date of the application shown above. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty £5,000.
