Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE Notice is hereby given that under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 Fraser Capital Management Ltd have applied to Trafford Council to vary a Premises Licence for the premises at: Club 3000 Bingo, 601 Chester rd, Old Trafford, Greater Manchester M160QW. The proposed variations and additional licensable activities are: Provision of plays, films, live music, performance of dance, late night refreshment, anything similar to plays films music and dance and the retail sale of alcohol on and off the premises from 10am midnight Sunday to Thursday and 10am 1am Friday and Saturday. Recorded music and hours open to the public 10am to 00.30am Sunday to Thursday and 10am to 01.30am Friday and Saturday. Seasonal variations days preceding bank holidays, Christmas day, boxing day and new years day as per Fri/Sat hours. Appendix 1 mandatory conditions to be removed and replaced with current mandatory conditions. Addition of voluntary conditions. Any representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Section, Trafford Council, Town Hall,Talbot Road, Stretford, M32 0TH or by email to licensing@trafford.gov.uk by the 14th February 2022. The application can be inspected at the licensing authority address above by appointment.
