NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

The Events People Limited applied to City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council on 05/01/2022 for a licence to use the premises at Odsal Stadium, Provident Stadium, Rooley Avenue, Bradford, BD6 1BS for A Performance of a Play, An Exhibition of a Film, An Indoor Sporting Even, Boxing or Wrestling Entertainment, A Performance of Live Music, The Supply of Alcohol, Any Playing of Recorded Music, A Performance of Dance, Entertainment Similar to Live or Recorded Music or Dance Performance (Monday - Sunday 11.00 - 02.00)( No licensable activities shall take place in the external areas of the premises or within temporary structures in external areas after 22.30 hours) During the Halloween period, a later license is requested to be applied up to 01:00am outdoors. One day only, Provision of Late-Night Refreshment (Monday - Sunday 23.00 -02.00) Representations should be made in writing to Licensing Team, Argus Chambers, Hall Ings, Bradford, BD1 1HX by 2nd February 2022. Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address between the hours of 09.00 -17.00 Monday to Thursday and 09.00 - 16.30 Friday.
