BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL
The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Sheepridge Lane, Little Marlow in the Parish of Chepping Wycombe CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Sheepridge Lane for approximately 597m. Alternative route: Marlow Road, Blind Lane, Northern Woods, Straight Bit, Heath End Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Openreach pole testing works take place commencing on 21 January 2022 between 08:00 and 16:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 21 January 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council has made Buckinghamshire Council (Clifton Road, Chesham Bois in the Parish of Chesham Bois CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Clifton Road for approximately 64 metres. Alternative route: Clifton Road, Amersham Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst a new electrical connection takes place commencing on 31st January 2022 between 08:00 and 18:00. The proposed Order will come into operation on 31st January 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council intends to make The Buckinghamshire Council (Public Footpath No. 17, Marlow) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2022 under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding, except for access, in that length of Public Footpath No. 17, Marlow as specified in the Schedule below. There are two temporary closures planned. The first closure is required whilst ditching works take place commencing on 24 January 2022 for 5 days. The second closure is required to remove overmature willow trees that overhang the Footpath which pose a risk to pedestrians, commencing on 21 February 2022 for 14 days between 0730 hrs and 1530 hrs, Monday to Friday only. In between these dates the Footpath will be reopened for pedestrians. The alternative route for pedestrians affected by the closure will be via Westhorpe Road, The Croft and Public Footpath No. 16, Marlow and vice versa. The proposed Order will come into operation on 24 January 2022, as signed, with a maximum duration of 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest. SCHEDULE (1) For the ditching works commencing on 24 January 2022, Public Footpath No. 17, Marlow will be closed from Savill Way to Parkway. (2) For the works to remove overmature willow trees commencing on
21 February 2022, Public Footpath No. 17, Marlow will be closed from Newtown Road to Parkway.

The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Broad Lane, Beaconsfield in the Parish of Beaconsfield CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Broad Lane for approximately 315m. Alternative route: Broad Lane, Widmoor, Kiln Lane, Brookbank, Town Lane, The Green, Holtspur Lane, Wooburn Green Lane, Wycombe End, Holtspur Top Lane and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Openreach overhead structure works take place commencing on 24 January 2022 between 09:30 and 15:00. Road will be closed only between 09:30-15:00. Road open at all other times. The works will take place on Broad Lane and Lillyfee Farm Lane. The proposed Order will come into operation on 24 January 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.

The Council intends to make Buckinghamshire Council (Askett Village Lane, Askett in the Parish of Princes Risborough CP) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2021 which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Askett Village Lane for approximately 345m. Alternative route: Askett Village Lane, Lower Icknield Way, Stockwell Lane, Owlswick Lane, Thame Road, Longwick Road, Aylesbury Road and vice versa. The closure is required whilst Bethmar on behalf of Swish Fibre ducting works in the footway, carriageway and verge take place commencing on
22 January 2022. Road will remain closed for the duration of the works. The proposed Order will come into operation on 22 January 2022, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
