NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that My Dewine Limited have applied to Buckinghamshire Council (Chiltern Area) for a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for Unit 1, Hazeldene Farm, Chesham, Buckinghamshire HP5 2XD to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises by way of delivery only - Monday to Sunday (on-line business 24 hours a day, 7 days a week). Premises not open to the general public.
Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing by 3rd February 2022 to the Licensing Section, Buckinghamshire Council, King George V Road, Amersham, Bucks HP6 5AW or by e-mail to: licensing.csb@buckinghamshire.gov.uk

It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
