ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Parking Suspension Poulett Gardens, Cross Deep Gardens, Tennyson Avenue, Radnor Road and Saville Road, Twickenham

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a gas main replacement works they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a rolling parking suspension in Poulett Gardens, Cross Deep Gardens, Tennyson Avenue, Radnor Road and Saville Road.
2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to wait or stand in the following lengths of street, at such times and to such an extent as indicated by traffic signs:-
(a) Poulett Gardens - From a point adjacent to 4 Cross Deep to a point adjacent to 14 Cross Deep
(b) Cross Deep Gardens - both sides from a point adjacent to 34 Cross Deep to a point adjacent to 48 Radnor Road and from a point adjacent to 36 Cross Deep to outside 61 Cross Deep Gardens;
(c) Tennyson Avenue - both sides from No 1 to No 51 Tennyson Avenue and a point adjacent to Michell House to No 52 Tennyson Avenue;
(d) Radnor Road - both sides from St James Hall to No 96 Radnor Road and from its junction with Upper Grotto Road to a point adjacent to Kestral House
(e) Saville Road, - both sides from its junction with Heath Road to a point outside No 33 Saville Road and from j/w Heath Road to No 40 Saville Road.
3. The order will come into effect on 24 January 2022. The works are anticipated to be in progress from 24 January 2022 until 30 October 2022. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
5. Nothing in the Order will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.
6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Road Closure Watts Lane Teddington

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a water connection they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary road closure in lengths of Watts Lane. Teddington.
2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Watts Lane between a point outside No. 35 Watts Lane and the cul de sac. Access will be maintained where practicable.
3. The order will come into effect on 17 January 2022. The works are anticipated to be in progress from 17 January 2022 until 20 January 2022. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
5. Nothing in the Order will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.
6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Temporary Road Closure Windmill Road, Hampton Hill

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate sewer cleaning they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Windmill Road, Hampton Hill.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person may permit a vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Windmill Road between its junctions with High Street and East Bank Road.
3. The order will come into effect on 23 January 2022. The restrictions will remain in force at all times on 23 and 24 January 2022. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for traffic will be available via Holly Road, School Road, Cross Street and Eastbank Road.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle.
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Temporary Road Closure Heath Road, Twickenham

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate railway bridge assessment works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order to restrict traffic in Heath Road, Twickenham.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Heath Road between its junctions with Colne Road and The Green.
3. The order will come into effect on 24 January 2022. The restrictions will be in force between 9pm on 24 January 2022 and 5am on 25 January 2019. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Heath Road, Kings Street, London Road, Chertsey Road, Great Chertsey Road, Twickenham Road, Staines Road and The Green
5. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
6. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Temporary Parking Restricitons Various Roads in the Borough

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate water pipe replacement works they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in various streets.
2. Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle wait or stand in the roads detailed in the schedule, between the dates indicated. The restrictions will operate on a rolling basis.
3. The order will come into effect on 21 January 2022. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 21 January 2022 until 11 March 2022. The order will remain in force for a period of18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
5. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Footpath Closure Public Right of Way No 236 Linking Kneller Road and Whitton Dene

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate bank stabilisation works adjacent to Twickenham stadium they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a footpath closure of PROW 236 which links Kneller Road with Whitton Dene.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person may proceed in that length of PROW 236 which links Kneller Road and Whitton Dene.
The works will be carried out in 2 phases.
3. Whilst the closure is in effect, a signed alternative route for pedestrians will be available via adjacent streets.
4. The order will come into effect on 24 January 2022. The works are anticipated to be in progress from 24 January 2022 until 15 March 2022. The second phase of works will be undertaken sometime during March 2022 The provisions of the order will be in force at all times where relevant signs are placed. The order will remain in force for a period of 6 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
