Notice Is hereby given that the Essex County Council Intends to make the above Order under sections S1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1),45,46,49,53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and Schedule 1 of The Traffic Orders Procedures Regulations 1996.
Effect of the Order:
To Implement
No Waiting at Any Time Restrictions on the following lengths of Lodge Close, in the District of Epping Forest.
Road Description
Lodge Close, Chigwell  
EAST SIDE:
From its junction with Lambourne Road, in a south-easterly direction for approximately 76.2 metres.
WEST SIDE:
i) From its junction with Lambourne Road, in a south-easterly direction for approximately 21.1 metres to the entrance to the Car Park.
ii) From the entrance to the Car Park, in a south-easterly direction for approximately 6.8 metres to the exit from the Car Park.
iii) From the exit from the Car Park, in a south-easterly direction for approximately 53.5 metres.

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Place) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by substituting map tile: TQ460 930 Revision 0 to Revision 1.

(Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.30) Order 202*
Notice is hereby given Colchester Borough Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 31 March 2011 proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(1), 4(2), 32,35,45,46,49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order: To introduce the following restrictions in the District of Harlow:
a) 'No Waiting At Any Time' on Trotters Road from the shared boundary of Nos. 27 and 28 to its side road leading to the car park behind No. 31;
b) 'No Waiting At Any Time' junction protections on the junctions of:
(i) Trotters Road and Pear Tree Mead; and
(ii) Pear Tree Mead and its side arm leading to Nos. 1 to 50.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by replacing tile numbers TL460 082 revision 0 replaced with revision 1.

The effect of the Order: To introduce the following restrictions in the District of Harlow:
1. 'No Stopping Monday to Friday 8am to 9am and 3pm to 4pm' on:
(i) Tripton Road, both sides, from a point 3 metres north of the shared boundary of Nos. 3 and 4 to a point approximately 60 metres north of that;
(ii) Westfield, west side, outside No. 272 to No. 278a; and
(iii) Westfield, east side, opposite No. 275 to No. 278a;
2. 'No Waiting Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm' on Tripton Road, west side, from outside No. 3 to outside No. 8;
3. 'No Waiting At Any Time' junction protections on:
(i) Westfield and its side arm leading to Nos. 272 to 285; and
(ii) Westfield and its side arm leading to Nos. 286 to 304.

This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Harlow District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by replacing tile numbers (TL 450 090 revision 0 replaced with revision 1 and TL 450 092 revision 0 replaced with revision 1).

(King's Weir Footbridge (No.2804), Nazeing, District of Epping Forest) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2022
Further to notices: Under section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), which commenced on 01 December 2021 and 22 December 2021.
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).
Effect of the order To temporarily Prohibit the Use of King's Weir Footbridge (No.2804), Nazeing, in the District of Epping Forest.

Description
King's Weir Footbridge (No.2804), Nazeing For its entire length, plus 20 metres either side.
The temporary prohibition of use is scheduled to commence on 11 January 2022 to 11 July 2022, or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public due to inspection and repair works being undertaken.
The Order will come into effect on 11 January 2022 and may continue in force for 6 months, or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Chequers Road, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Chequers Road, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Lushes Road for a distance of approximately 35m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th February 2022 tor 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MU308000808687170160 - Thames Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required tor the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Thames Water.
An alternative route is available via Colson Road, Bushfields, Deepdene Road, Chequers Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 20th January 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Greensted Road, Ongar) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice Is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Greensted Road, Ongar in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 670m southeast then northeast of its junction with Drapers Corner tor a distance of approximately 50m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th February 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX04410145294 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while valve repair works are undertaken by Affinity Water.
An alternative route is available via Coopers Hill, Stanford Rivers Road, Romford Road, London Road, Church Road, School Road, Toot Hill Road, Mill Lane and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 20th January 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Hastingwood Road, Hastingwood) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Hastingwood Road, Hastingwood in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 115m southwest of its junction with Mill Street for a distance of approximately 35m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th February 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (MX06039922/NG - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Affinity Water.
An alternative route is available via Mill Street, Harlow Common, London Road, Hastingwood Roundabout, Canes Lane, Hastingwood Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 20th January 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Pick Hill, Waltham Abbey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Pick Hill, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 505m northwest of its junction with Horseshoe Hill for a distance of approximately 30m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 31st January 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30036460757 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required tor the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Pick Hill, Upshire Road, Paternoster Hill and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 20th January 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
