Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) Centurion Close, Salisbury; from its junction with Roman Road for its entire length to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway resurfacing and associated works. No alternative route Is available. This Order will come into operation on 09 February 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:00 and 15:00 until 11 February 2022. This Order will come into operation on 07 February 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 for 1 day. Alternative route via Hindon Lane (unaffected length) - C43 - Windstrow Lane - Hatch Lane - Tuckingmill - vicarage Road - High Street -Hindon Lane (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 17 January 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for 1 day. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. B) Footpath 50 (Part), Salisbury; from its junction with Nelson Road for approximately 280m to its junction with Mill Stream Approach to enable vegetation clearance, tree removal and relocations. Alternative route: A) Footpath 9 (Part) - Ashley Road and Coldharbour Lane. B) Footpath 50 (Part) - Mill Stream Approach, Castle Street and Nelson Road. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 18 January 2022 and the closures will be required between the hours of 07:00 and 18:00 until 30 April 2022. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of 06 months.
