An application has been made for the Grant of a Premises Licence to allow the following licensable activities to take place:-
Sale of Alcohol for consumption On the premises between the hours Sunday to Thursday 08:00 to 23:30 and Friday and Saturday 08:00 to 00:30.
Late Night Refreshment Sunday to Thursday 23:00 to 00:00 and Friday and Saturday 23:00 to 01:00.
A copy of the application for the above grant is available for inspection at the office of The Licensing Team, Cheshire West and Chester Council, 4 Civic Way, Ellesmere Port, CH65 OBE. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 9am to 4:30pm, except bank holidays.
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Team, Cheshire West and Chester Council, 4 Civic Way, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BE no later than 3 FEBRUARY 2022 28 consecutive days from the day after the application was given the Licensing Authority.
