(High Street and Market Road, Wickford) (20mph Speed Limit) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order permanent under sections 82(2), 83(2), 84(1) and (2), Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and Schedule 1 of The Traffic Orders Procedures Regulations 1996.
Effect of the order: To Introduce a 20mph Speed Limit on the following lengths of road In the Borough of Basildon. These lengths of road are currently subject to a temporary 20mph Speed Limit Order which will expire on 22nd January 2022 at which time without a permanent Order being made the road will revert to the previous status of restricted road by virtue of street lighting (30mph):
Road Description
High Street, Wickford 
From the southern boundary of No 62 High Street northwards for approximately 286.5 metres.
Market Road, Wickford
From the western kerb line of High Street westwards for approximately 10.5 metres.
This Order will come into operation on: 20 January 2022. Documents can be made available for inspection 8.30am-5.30pm Mon-Thurs and 8.30am-5pm on Friday at Essex County Council, County Hall E block main reception, Market Road, Chelmsford fi so required. Alternatively, documents can be posted to you upon request.
Application to the high court Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in It on the grounds that It is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any Instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose.

(Bramble Road, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bramble Road, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Lansdown Avenue to Its junction with Haresland Close for a distance of approximately 110m. The closure Is scheduled to commence on 31 st January 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWC4GLV5H001 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while spine cabling works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Haresland Close, Fairmead Avenue, Lansdown Avenue and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 20th January 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Chelmsford Road, Rayleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Chelmsford Road, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Fairglen Interchange to its junction with Carpenters Arms Roundabout a distance of approximately 121 Om. The closure is scheduled to commence on 31 st January 2022 for 13 night (20:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231005964 - Walker Construction (UK) Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while barrier installation works are undertaken by Walker Construction (UK) Ltd. An alternative route is available via Southend Arterial Road Slip Road A130 To A127 Westbound, Southend Arterial Road Slip Road From A130 To A127 Westbound, Southend Arterial Road, Southend Arterial Road Slip Road From A127 To A132 Westbound, Nevendon Road Roundabout, Nevendon Road Bypass, Nevendon Road, Golden jubilee Way, London Road Roundabout, Runwell Road Roundabout, Runwell Road, St Lukes Way, Slip Road To A130 New Bypass Northbound, Slip Road From A130 New Bypass Northbound, Rettendon Turnpike, Burnham Road, Turnpike Link, A130 New Bypass Roundabout, Hawk Hill, Batflesbridge Bypass, Chelmsford Road, Rawreth Lane.
The Order will come into effect on 20th January 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Florence Way, Langdon Hill) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction
of a Clearway) Order 2022

that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
1. To temporarily close that length of Florence Way, Langdon Hills in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Pittfields to both of its junctions with Mandeville Way Roundabout a distance of approximately 55m in both directions.
2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' in that length of Florence Way, Langdon Hills in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Pittfields to both of its junctions with Mandeville Way Roundabout a distance of approximately 55m in both directions.
"The Essex County Council (Basildon Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at anytime' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions in the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 31 st January 2022 for 13 nights (19:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2317299 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while parallel crossing installation works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Florence Way, High Road Roundabout, High Road, West Mayne, Southfield Roundabout, Mandeville Way and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 20th January 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Prince Edward Road, Billericay) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Prince Edward Road, Billericay in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Greens Farm Lane for a distance of approximately 30m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd February 2022 for 19 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001100583 - Cadenf). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Shakespeare Avenue, Thynne Road, Greens Farm Lane and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 20th January 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(South Ridge, Billericay) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of South Ridge, Billericay in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Greens Farm Lane for a distance of approximately 20m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 31 st January 2022 for 22 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001100383 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Greens Farm Lane, Meadow Rise, Valley Road, Abbots Ride, South Ridge and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 20th January 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
