LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 6th January 2022 Ei Group Ltd applied to Brighton & Hove City Council in the County of East Sussex for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Druids Arms, 79-81 Ditchling Road, Brighton BN1 4SD. The proposed licensable activities are:-1. Live music from 1200 to 0000 Mondays to Sundays inclusive. 2. Sale of alcohol from 1200 to 0330 Sundays to Thursdays and 1200 to 0530 Fridays and Saturdays 3. Recorded music from 1200 to 0030 Sundays to Thursdays and 1200 to 0530 Fridays and Saturdays. Please note - this application is in identical terms to the existing trading licence.
