Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 - Notice of Application for a Premises Licence Notice is hereby given of an application for a new Premises License by William Smith, for the premises 9 Hilltop Close, Rayleigh, Essex, SS6 7TD - which is a garage of a residential property. The intention of the premises is for the wholesale of alcohol online, and therefore off-premises, Monday to Sunday 00:00hrs to 23:59hrs. The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Department, Rochford District Council South Street Rochford Essex SS4 1BW between 9.00 am and 4.30 pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays). Any representations by a Responsible Authority or Interested Party must be made in writing to the above address by 06th February 2022. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction with an unlimited fine.
