Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE Notice is given that I Julie Evans of 21 Ullswater Avenue, Noctorum, Wirral CH43 9RD have applied to Wirral Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as Unit P9, Champions Business Park, Wirral Ch49 0AB for the following Licensable Activities:- Sales and delivery to customers houses via a third party delivery app. with built in challenge 25 restrictions, 7 days a week from 7am until 10pm. A full copy of the application is kept by the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 10am 4.30 except bank holidays. Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey no later than 9th February 2022. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a level 5 fine on the standard scale. Date this 7th day of January 2022.
