BRIGHTON AND HOVE CITY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER -(OLD SHOREHAM ROAD, LANDSEER ROAD & PRINSEP ROAD)
1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council have on the 5th January 2022 made an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which has the following effect:-

(i) The temporary prohibition of the left and right turn movement from Old Shoreham Road into Sackville Road.

(ii) The temporary closure of Landseer Road at its junction with Sackville Road. To maintain access the One-Way Traffic Order on Landseer Road will be suspended for its entire length.

(iii) The temporary closure of Prinsep Road at its junction with Sackville Road. To maintain access the One-Way Traffic Order on Prinsep Road will be suspended for its entire length.

2. The Order is necessary to allow Emergency Sewer Works to take place on Sackville Road.

3. Pedestrian access will be maintained.

4. This Order comes into force on 11th January 2022 for eighteen months or until such sooner time as the works are completed.
