Premises Licence Application

LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for Grant of a New Premises Licence Notice is hereby given that Netherby Hall Ltd has applied to Carlisle City Council for a Premises Licence at Netherby Hall, Longtown. Carlisle, CA6 5PR to allow the sale of alcohol and to allow the holding of regulated entertainment to include: Music, singing, live performers, playing of recorded sound, performance of a play. Any person intending to make relevant representations on this application should submit them in writing not later than 4th February 2022 to the Licensing Manager, Governance Directorate, Carlisle City Council, Civic Centre, Rickergate, Carlisle, CA3 8QG or by emailing licensing@carlisle.gov.uk. The full application may be viewed at the above offices between 10:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to an unlimited fine on summary conviction.
