(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF A5183 ELSTREE WAY, BOREHAMWOOD) ORDER 2022

NOTICE Is given that the Hertfordshire County Council Intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of A5183 Elstree Way, Borehamwood from its westernmost junction with Rowley Lane south westwards, north eastwards and south eastwards for a distance of approximately 249m ("the Road"). An alternative route will be via Rowley Lane, Well End Road, Silver Hill, London Road, BS378 (Woodhall Lane/Green Street/Cowley Hill/Shenley Road) and A5183 Elstree Way or via A5135 (Rowley Lane/Elstree Way). The Order is needed because surfacing works are proposed to be executed on the Road.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 24 January 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF BERRY LANE, CHORLEYWOOD) ORDER 2022

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Berry Lane, Chorieywood from its junction with Kings Farm Road south westwards to its junction with Shepherds Lane, a distance of approximately 66m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via Berry Lane, Common Gate Road, Chorieywood Bottom, Hubbards Road, Furze View, Rendlesham Way and Stag Lane.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 24 January 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF CHAPEL CLOSE, WATFORD) ORDER 2022

NOTICE is given that the Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Chapel Close, Watford from a point 98 m south west of its junction with High Road clockwise for a distance of approximately 103m ("the Road"), except for access. There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works. The Order is needed because water service connection works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 25 January 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING AND TEMPORARY WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN VARIOUS ROADS IN WATFORD) ORDER 2022

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using the following lengths of roads ("the Roads"), except for access and to prohibit all vehicles from waiting at any time on both sides of these lengths of Roads whilst works are in progress: -
1. that length of Ascot Road, Watford from its junction with the Ascot Road/Hatters Lane roundabout north eastwards and north westwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
2. that length of Gladstone Road/Derby Road, Watford from its junction with Stanley Road south eastwards, south westwards and north westwards for its entire length.
There is no alternative route available for vehicles when the works are being carried out. However vehicular access to properties in this road will be maintained whenever possible throughout the duration of the works.
3. that length of Gartlet Road, Watford from its junction with Clarendon Road eastwards and south eastwards to its junction with Estcourt Road, a distance of approximately 154m.
An alternative route will be via Clarendon Road, St Johns Road and Estcourt Road
or via Estcourt Road, A411 (Beechen Grove/Exchange Road/ Beechen Grove) and Clarendon Road.
4. that length of Regent Street, Watford from its junction with Leavesden Road south eastwards to its junction with A412 St Albans Road, a distance of approximately 294m.
An alternative route will be via Leavesden Road, Lowestoft Road and A412 St Albans Road.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.
If the Order is made, it shall come into force on 24 January 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. However, the restrictions specified shall only take effect at the times indicated by signs on or near the Roads.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF CHURCH STREET, RICKMANSWORTH) ORDER N0.3 2021

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Church Street, Rickmansworth from its junction with the A404 Riverside Drive roundabout norm eastwards, northwards, north eastwards and north westwards to its junction with Skidmore Way, a distance of approximately 139m ("the Road"), except for access.
An alternative route will be via A404 Riverside Drive, A412 (Rectory Road/Park Road), High Street and Church Street or via Church Street, Northway, Station Road, Homestead Road, A412 (Park Road/ Rectory Road) and A404 Riverside Drive.
The Order is needed because utility service works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road.

(TEMPORARY CLOSING OF GRAVELEY AVENUE, BOREHAMWOOD) ORDER 2021

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Graveley Avenue, Borehamwood from a point 54m south east of its junction with Arundel Drive south eastwards for a distance of approximately 60m ("the Road").
An alternative route will be via Graveley Avenue, Arundel Drive, Manor Way, Cranes Way, Cleveland Crescent and Graveley Avenue.
The Order is needed because electrical connection works are proposed to be executed near the Road.

NOTICE is given that Hertfordshire County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to prohibit all vehicular traffic from using that length of Lammas Road, Watford from its junction with Watford Field Road south westwards to its junction with Elfrida Road, a distance of approximately 153m ("the Road"), except for access. An alternative route will be via Watford Field Road, Tucker Street, Neal Street and Elfrida Road.
The Order is needed because sewer cleaning works are proposed to be executed on or near the Road. The Order has been made and shall come into force on 10 January 2022 for a period of up to 18 months. An alternative route will be via A4145 (Moor Lane/Tolprts Lane/ Hagden Lane/Vicarage Road), A4178 (Fearnley Street/The Homets/Merton Road/Cassio Road),A412 (Rickmansworth Road/ Watford Road/Scots Hill/Park Road/Rectory Road), A404 (Riverside Drive/Church Street/London Road) and A4145 Moor Lane or via A4145 Moor Lane, A404 (London Road/Church Street/ Riverside Drive), A412 (Rectory Road/Park Road/Scots Hill/Watford Road/Rickmansworth Road/St Albans Road), the A411 Beechen Grove/A411 The Avenue roundabout, A412 (St Albans Road/ Rickmansworth Road),A4178 (Cassio Road/Merton Road/ Wiggenhall Road/Farraline Road) and A4145 (vicarage Road/ Hagden Lane/Tolpits Lane/Moor Lane). 1. that length of The Green, Sarratt from its junction with Moor Lane north westwards to its junction with Bragmans Lane, a distance of approximately 790m.
An alternative route will be via The Green, Dimmocks Lane, Sarratt Road, Redhall Lane, Chandlers Lane, Toms Hill, Bucks Hill, The Common, The Street, Dunny Lane and Poles Hill.
2. that length of Quickley Lane, Chorieywood from its junction with Rendlesham Way south westwards and north westwards to its junction with Quickley Rise, a distance of approximately 285m. An alternative route will be via Quickley Lane, Lower Road, Shire Lane, Heronsgate Road and Quickley Lane.
The Order is needed because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Roads.

An alternative route will be via Blackwell Drive, A4125 Eastbury Road and Silk Mill Road.
2. that length of Colne Avenue, Watford from its junction with Riverside Road south eastwards to its junction with Crossmead, a distance of approximately 90m.
An alternative route will be via Riverside Road, Blackwell Drive, A4125 Eastbury Road and Colne Avenue or via Riverside Road, Silk Mill Road, A4125 Eastbury Road and Colne Avenue.
