(Footpath 5, Mistley, in the District of Tendring), (Temporary Prohibition
of Use) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section S14 and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and Schedule 1 of The Traffic Orders Procedures Regulations 1996.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close part of Footpath 5, Mistley, in the District of Tendring. From its junction with Footpath 4, heading in a northerly direction for approximately 174 metres, to where it meets the junction with Rigby Avenue. The closure is scheduled to commence on 03 January 2022 to 03 July 2022 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road while the Phase 2 development is undertaken.
The alternative route will be via Rigby Avenue, then east alongside B1352 Harwich Road, then heading in a southerly direction alongside Heath Road, then west along Footpath 4, and vice versa.
The Order will come info effect on 02 January 2022 and may continue in force for 6 months, or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. This Order may be extended by the Secretary of State if an extension is required.
(Harwich Road/Lonbam Hill, Bradfield), (Spinnels Hill, Wix), (Harwich Road/Wrabness Road, Wrabness) & (Wrabness Road/Lunnish Hill, Wrabness Road & Main Road, Ramsey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Harwich Road/Lonbam Hill, Bradfield, Spinnels Hill, Wix, Harwich Road/Wrabness Road, Wrabness and Wrabness Road/Lunnish Hill, Wrabness Road & Main Road, Ramsey in the District of Tendring, from the junction with The Street to the junction with A120/B1352 Roundabout a distance of approximately 8155m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th January 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2322121 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via The Street, Station Road, Ship Hill, Brickmans Hill, Jenkins Hill, Harwich Road, High Street, The Walls, New Road, Clacton Road, A120 J B1035 Roundabout, Horsley Cross Roundabout, Wix Bypass, A120 Poplar Hall, Tinker Street, Ramsey Roundabout, A120 J B1352 Roundabout, Main Road, Dovercourt Bypass, Church Hill, Rectory Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 14th January 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Rectory Road, Little Oakley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rectory Road, Little Oakley in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 125m south west of its junction with Oakridge for a distance of approximately 305m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th January 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30063894657 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Hill Road, The Mailings, A120 From J B1035 To J B1352, Tinker Street, Ramsey Roundabout, A120 J B1352 Roundabout, Main Road, Church Hill, Ramsey Road, Oakley Road, Harwich Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 14th January 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Stones Green Road, Tendring) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Stones Green Road, Tendring in the District of Tendring, from its junction with Heath Road for a distance of approximately 325m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 31 st January 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008FAA3778D -Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Stones Green Road, Tendring Road, Colchester Road, Wix Road - Stones Green - Zc12, Clacton Road, Bradfield Road, Spinnels Lane, Wix Road, Heath Road, Cansey Lane, Steam Mill Road, A120 J B1035 Roundabout, Horsley Cross Roundabout, Wix Bypass, Mistley Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 14th January 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Norway Crescent, Dovercourt) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Norway Crescent, Dovercourt in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 25m north east of its junction with Sweden Close for a distance of approximately 70m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th January 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7011001103004 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Cadent.
An alternative route is available via Norway Crescent, Clarkes Road, Briardale Avenue and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 24th December 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
