Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 (As Amended) Notice Under Article 15
Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from Essex County Council - Highway Authority for Replacement of bridge and associated highways works involving realignment, junction improvements and width increase of the carriageway at Boxted Bridge, Boxted, Essex, C04 5TB - CC/C0L/106/21
The proposed development may not accord with the provision of the Colchester Borough Council Development Policies (adopted 2010, revised 2014) in force in the area which the land to which the application relates is situated.

(Coggeshall Road, Earls Colne & Colne Road, Coggeshall) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Coggeshall Road, Earls Colne and Colne Road, Coggeshall in the District of Braintree, from its junction with America Road for a distance of approximately 980m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd February 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30099110295 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Coggeshall Road, Church Hill, High Street, Halstead Road, Stonebridge Hill, Parley Beams, Colchester Road, Head Street, Bridge Street, Trinity Street, Mount Hill, Braintree Road, Boumebridge Hill, Pennypot Comer, High Garrett, Broad Road Roundabout, Braintree Bypass - A131, Marks Roundabout, A120 J A131/ bl256 Roundabout, A120 From J A131/M 256 To J B1024 North of Coggeshall, Stock Street, Coggeshall Bypass, Colne Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 13th January 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Robinsbridge Road, Coggeshall) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Robinsbridge Road, Coggeshall in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Knights Road for a distance of approximately 100m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th January 2022 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA160LT033-E-TYCR-01- Gigaclear Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while fibre optic broadband installation works are undertaken by Gigaclear Ltd.
No diversion is available for this closure.
The Order will come into effect on 13th January 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Scrip's Road, Coggeshall) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Scrip's Road, Coggeshall in the District of Braintree, from its junction with Kelvedon Road for a distance of approximately 40m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 1 st February 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010615211/3 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Kelvedon Road, Scrip's Road. The Order will come into effect on 13th January 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Tilkey Road, Coggeshall) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Tilkey Road, Coggeshall in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 325m north west of its junction with Westfield Drive for a distance of approximately 115m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 31 st January 2022 for 8 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA160LT041 -E-TYCR-02 - Gigaclear Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while broadband installation works are undertaken by Gigaclear Ltd. No diversion is available for this closure.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Ambridge Road, Coggeshall in the District of Braintree, from its junction with A120 for a distance of approximately 71 Om in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th January 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA160LT002-E-TYCR - Gigaclear Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while broadband installation works are undertaken by Gigaclear Ltd. No diversion is available for this closure.
The Order came into effect on 30th December 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
