Notice ID: GLA2295386THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (SCOTLAND) ACT 1997 REGULATION 6 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2013 NOTICE PUBLISHED UNDER REGULATION 7 (2)(B) Lifetime Property Limited give notice of the proposed major development of the installation of a 49.9 mega watt battery energy storage facility at 322 Broomloan Road, Glasgow, G51 2JQ. This notice advises of the public consultation in respect of the above proposed development. An on-line public consultation event will take place on 19 January 2022 and can be accessed on www.broomloanbatterystorage.co.uk, with a live chat function available between 12pm and 2pm and 5pm and 7pm providing an opportunity to ask questions of the design team and provide feedback to them. Any persons wishing to obtain further information or to make comments on the proposal can do so by visiting www.broomloanbatterystorage.co.uk and completing the on-line feedback form, or by emailing broomloanbatterystorage@gmail.com. Comments must be submitted by 4 February 2022. Please note that comments made at this stage are not representations to the planning authority in respect of a planning application. If a planning application is submitted there will be an opportunity to make representations on that planning application to the planning authority at that time.
