Variation of a Premises Licence

Monolith (UK) Limited Has applied to Waltham Forest Council for variation of a premises licence for:-
My Mini-Mix, 744 High Road, Leytonstone, E11 3AW.
The proposed variations/timings are as follows:
To permit the sale of alcohol (off sales) and the Opening hours: Monday - Sunday 09:00 - 22:00.
Remove several conditions from the existing premises licence -F01511744H/2.
