Premises Licence Application

Notice of application to Vary a Premises Licence under section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Applicant Camerons Brewery Limited Premises: Boot and Shoe, Church Row, Darlington, DL1 5QD. Notice is given that an application has been made to vary the premises licence to extend the hours for opening and the supply of alcohol so that they may commence at 08:00. There are no other changes to the premises licence. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this applicaiton may do so by writing to Licensing Section, Darlington Borough Council, Town Hal, Feethams, Darlington, DL1 5QT, where the application can be viewed during normal working hours. . Representations must be made no later than 20th January 2022. Representations received after this date cannot be considered. It is an offeree to knowingly or recklessly make a flse statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being unlimited.
