Premises Licence Application

Notice of application to Vary a Premises Licence under section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Appicant Camerons Brewery Limited Premises: Grey Horse, 39 Haughton Green, Darlington, DL1 2DD. NOTICE is given that an application has been made to vary the premises licence as follows: (l) to reduce opening hours by an hour each day to close at 00:00, (2) To reduce the sale of alcohol by 30 minutes each day to end at 23:30; (3) To reduce late night refreshments by an hour each day to end at 00:00; (4) Change to condition at Annex 2 Condition 2 atered to allow under 18's in premises till 21:00, except when accompanied by an adult; (5) Changes to conditions at Annex 3: (a) remove conditions 1-5 (which concern entertainment and door supervisors) & (b) condition 15 amended to add 'except to consume in  the external drinking area. Representations must be made no later than 20th January 2022. Representations received after this date cannot be considered. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine on surmnary conviction being unlimited.
