Notice of application to Vary a Premises Licence under section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Applicant Camerons Brewery Limited Premises: The Manor House, Marks Street Ferryhill, County Durham, DL17 8JH. NOTICE is open that an application has been made to vary the premises licence as follows: (1) To extend the hours for the supply of  alcohol to 08:00 to 01:00 every day; (2) To extend opening hours and regulated entertainment every day a recorded music b live  music c performance of dance and similar to abc) to 08:00 to 01:30 (no bands after 23:00); (3) to add the exhibition of film 08:00 to 01:30 every day; (4) to extend late night refreshment 23:00 to 01:30 every day; (5) to remove all conditions and to replace them with new conditions, (6) to add seasonal variations for New Years Eve and British Summer Time. A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham, DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays 9.30 am and 4.30 pm. Any representations about this application must be made in writing by 20th January 2022 and sent to Durham County Council, Licensing Services, PO Box 617, Dunham, DH1 9HZ or by email:

The  Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
