I John Horn Do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at Darlington Borough Council for a Premises Licence at Address of Premise:- Middleton St George Cricket & Social Club, Water View, Middleton St George, Darlington. DL2 1JQ. Premises Name:- Middleton St George Cricket & Social Club. The application is for the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises from 11.00hrs to 24.00hrs Monday to Saturday and 11.00hrs to 22.30hrs Sunday, the provision of live music, recorded music, performance of dance and provision of late night refreshment between 23.00hrs and 24.00hrs Monday to Saturday. Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to make representation must give notice in writing to The Licensing Manager, Town Hall, Darlington. DL1 5QT by 19th January 2022. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Offices at the above address between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm or on the worldwide web at www.darlington.gov.uk. It is an offence, liable to on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false representation in or connection with this application.
