NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Somerset West and Taunton Council (the Council) intends to dispose by way of lease the following land situate on the South Side of Burchhills Hill Wellington (Land Registry Title Number ST260084) which forms part of the public open spaces held by the Council: All the land held by the Council in Land Registry Title Number ST260084 known as Fox's Field, Tonedale Mill, Tonedale, Wellington, Somerset, Wellington.
The lease will be granted to Wellington Mills Community Interest Company. Plans identifying the land may be examined at the address shown below on weekdays between 9:30 and 17:00.
Any person wishing to object to the intended leasehold disposal should do so in writing to Sally Stark, Head of Assets at the Council at the address below specifying the grounds on which their objection is made by not later than 9.00am on 31st January 2022. Any objections received will be referred to the Council's Cabinet for consideration before it makes its decision whether or not to proceed with the lease.
