Premises Licence Application

PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003 To whom it may concern, We, The Trustees of Sully Bowls Foundation, do hereby give notice that we have applied to The Licensing Authority (Vale of Glamorgan Council) for the variation of a premises licence at South Road, Sully, known as Sully Indoor Bowls Arena. The application is to extend the licensing hours from 10am-10pm to 10am-12.30am. Any persons wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to The Licensing Department, Vale of Glamorgan Council Civic Offices, Holton Road, Barry. CF62 4RU, or by email to licensing@valeofglamorgan.gov.uk not later than 28 days after the date of this notice. Representations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Civic offices during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
