Notice of Making of An Order Highways Act 1980 Public Path Diversion Order 2021 Footpath 3 Aldham
The above order, made on 15th December 2021, under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert part of Footpath 3 Aldham of unknown width shown by a bold continuous black line on the Order Map, commencing at its junction with Footpath 4 and running in a north westerly direction across an arable field to an alternative route 2 meters wide running along the northern edge of the same arable field. Copies of the order and order map have also been sent to Aldham Parish Council, Eight Ash Green Parish Council and Colchester Borough Council. Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent in writing to Roy Read, Definitive Map Service, Essex County Council, Seax House, 2nd Floor, Victoria Road South, Chelmsford CM11QH not later than 3rd February 2022. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Essex County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent together with the Order. Any such representation or objections will be taken into account by the Council with the result that they may be made available to the public under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985.
(Footpath 15, Tiptree) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 15, Tiptree in the Borough of Colchester at its junction with Church Road, in a westerly direction for a distance of approximately 160 metres. The closure will not affect pedestrian access through Glebe Road and access to Grove Pond.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 10/01/2022 for one day or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while arboricultural works are carried out to reduce a large mixed species hedge in the rear garden of a property, in which several branches directly overhang the adjacent PROW.
The alternative route will be via the B1022 Church Road/Ransom Road/B1023 Maldon Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 10/01/2022 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Alleyne Way, Jaywick) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Alleyne Way, Jaywick in the District of Tending, from its junction with Park Square East to its junction with Union Road a distance of approximately 225m.
