Regulation 25 Notice TO: WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I, Malarmathy Tharmaseelan, do hereby give notice that I have applied to Brighton & Move City Council for the variation of a premises licence to use or permit the use of premises known as Happy Shopper, 6-8 Upper Bevendean Avenue, Brighton, BN2 4FF, for the proposed variation which it is proposed will be earned on, or from the premises: Change of lay out of premises to incorporate number 4 Upper Bevendean Avenue as per application.
