NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT McDonald's Restaurants Limited has applied to Borough Of Poole Council on 22nd January 2014 for the variation of a premises licence to use the premises at Wessex Gate Retail Park, Broadstone Way, Poole, BH15 3TE, for provision of late night refreshment for the sale ofhotfood and drink from 23:00 until 05:00 Mondays to Sundays. The variation is to remove the restriction "From 23:00 onwards, the premises shall only be open via the Drive-Thru lane' allowing the restaurant to remain open fully during the late night refreshment hours.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 19th February 2014stating the grounds for making said represent tion to the: Borough Of  Poole Council, Environment l And Consumer Protection, Unit 1, Newfields Business Park, Stinsford Road, Poole,
BH17 0NF.

 A record of the application can be inspected at the above address during office hours. Representations must be received by the Licensing Authority by the date given above.The Licensing Authority will have regard to any representation in considering the application that complies with the requirements of the Licensing Act 2003, the Regulations made thereunder and relates to at least one of the licensing objectives, being the prevention of crime and
disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement
in or in connection with an application for apremises licence and the maximum fine on being con­victed of such an offence is £5,000.
