Notice of Making of An Order Highways Act 1980 - Public Path Diversion Order Footpath 57 Little Burstead and Footpath 57 Basildon in the Borough of Basildon
The above order, made on 03 December 2021, under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, as shown on the order map will divert:
i) a part length of Footpath 57 Little Burstead and Footpath 57 Basildon commencing as Footpath 57 Basildon from a point approximately 158 metres north of Dunton Road and east of Carvers Farm CM12 9TY, proceeding in a north eastward direction across the field to the parish boundary where it continues across the watercourse as Footpath 57 Little Burstead and across the crop field to the field edge, the path continues in a general north eastward direction across the watercourse then finally ascends the large crop field to the field edge at the western corner of St Mary's Church, to an alternative route commencing from the aforementioned point north of Dunton Road proceeding in a north north-westward direction at the field edge on the eastern side of the hedge to cross the footbridge and then proceed eastward at the field edge on the north side of the watercourse/hedge to the field corner. The path then follows the field headland on the western side of the watercourse firstly in a north north-westward direction then westward then north north-westward to a point approximately 90 metres south east of the junction of Footpaths 52 and 53 Little Burstead on the western side of the watercourse, the path will then cross the proposed culvert and follow the field edge on the south side of the hedge/ditch north eastward then south eastward to the hedge corner where it then finally crosses the field in an east north-eastward direction to the aforementioned point at the western corner of St Mary's Church.
ii) a part length of Footpath 57 Little Burstead commencing from a point at the crop field edge north of St Mary's Church CM12 9TR approximately 50 metres west of Rectory Road, proceeding across the comer of the field in a north north-westward direction to the field edge adjacent to Rectory Road, to an alternative route commencing from the aforementioned point north of St Mary's Church proceeding in an east north-eastward direction at the field edge to the field corner, continuing around the corner in a north westward direction at the field edge parallel to Rectory Road to the aforementioned point where the existing cross-field path joins the headland.

Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent in writing to Andrew Rrtchings, Definitive Map Service, Essex County Council, Seax House, 2nd Floor, Victoria Road South, Chelmsford CM1 1QH not later than 21 January 2022. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Essex County Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent together with the order. Any such representations or objections will be taken into account by the Council with the result that they may be made available to the public under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985.
(Canewdon Road, Ashingdon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Canewdon Road, Ashingdon in the To temporarily close that length of Canewdon Road, Ashingdon in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Ethelbert Road for a distance of approximately 65m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th January 2022 tor 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC0080GEA74383980A - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cabling works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Canewdon Road, Lark Hill Road, Scotts Hall Road, Apton Hall Road, Brays Lane, Ashingdon Road and vice versa.

(Dengayne, Bastable) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Dengayne, Bastable in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Long Riding to its junction with Nelson Road a distance of approximately 100m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th January 2022 tor 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2320689 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while footway repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Long Riding, Claybum Circle, Brownlow Bend, Dengayne and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 30th December 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(High Road, Fobbing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of High Road, Fobbing in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 95m south of its junction with Five Bells Roundabout South for a distance of approximately 60m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th January 2022 for 1 night (01:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (KL722TLL-30-36-300122 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead line renewal works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd.
An alternative route is available via High Road, Five Bells Roundabout South, Five Bells Road, Link Road From B1420TO Boundary, Bells Corner Roundabout, Southend Road, Lampits Hill, Church Road, Fobbing Road, Lion Hill, High Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 30th December 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Pitsea Bypass, Pitsea/Vange Bypass, Fobbing) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Pitsea Bypass, Pitsea/Vange Bypass, Fobbing in the Borough of Basildon, from the point where the offslip for Broadway Link Roundabout is to the Thurrock Borough Council boundary a distance of approximately 3460m in a both directions.
2. To temporarily close the onslip from Broadway Link Roundabout to the A13 Pitsea Bypass a distance of approximately 280m.
3. To temporarily close the onslip from Five Bells Roundabout North to the A13 Vange
Bypass a distance of approximately 330m. The closures are scheduled to commence on 17th January 2022 for 27 nights (21:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP20153064075 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway reconstruction works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Nether Mayne, Fobbing Farm Roundabout, Roundacre New Roundabout, Roundacre, Broadmayne Roundabout, Broadmayne, Mopsies Roundabout, South Mayne and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 30th December 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Various Roads, Borough of Basildon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.12) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this nonce to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order
1. To temporarily close those lengths of road in the Borough of Basildon as specified in the schedule to this Order.
2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of road tor the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting,
No Loading and No Stepping restriction will be in force. "The Essex County Council (Basildon Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 30th December 2021, exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of road in the Borough of Castle Point as specified in the schedule to this Order.

(Cavell Road, Billericay) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Cavell Road, Billericay in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Greens Farm Lane for a distance of approximately 25m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th January 2022 tor 15 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001100187 -Cadent). Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Coronation Close, Great Wakering in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Little Wakering Road for a distance of approximately 165m in a westerly direction.
2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above length of road for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting and No Stopping restriction will be in force.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order To temporarily close that length of Queens Road, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with High Road for a distance of approximately 40m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 6th January 2022 for 1 night (19:00 - 22:30), or where stated on a valid permit (AD037R058969107/2 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary tor these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while manhole cover replacement works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
